About the Program
Designed for the accomplished professional who is interested in adding coaching to their toolkit, this course will help you master the foundations of the best evidence-based coaching tools as a means to discover your own greatness – and help others to do the same.
This program is a part of our 2 part ICF Level 1 Certification program.
Training will include:
- Direct guidance and support of an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Master Certified Coach
- A balance of large-group dynamic education, community-based learning, live practice, and one- on-one support
- 32 hours of live, interactive synchronous training hours
- 28 hours asynchronous preparation, practice, and reading hours including peer coaching;
- Observed coaching practice with written feedback;
- Ongoing access to a cohort of mentors, coaches, and like-minded individuals.
ICF Level 1 Certification
It is not necessary that you pursue ICF certification to put the tools and skills learned in the Foundations course into practice. However, for those who wish to further their coaching education and couple their Yes, And Coaching Certification with an ICF Level 1 Credential, the Yes, And Coaching Institute also offers a complete ICF Level 1 training program.
