Course Description
This workshop explores the fundamental threads of leadership coaching across three sessions:
- Navigating uncertainty, change, and ambiguity, particularly in the context of adapting to AI -
- Utilizing coaching models to guide groups through the transformative journey of change -
- Applying these concepts within both personal and professional leadership settings
The sessions will be within small groups and afford ample one-on-one interactions.
Facilitator: Rachel Bellack MCC, MSc
Rachel is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), Leadership Facilitator, Coach Educator and Consultant. She uses strengths based, solutions focused, creative approaches to assist people and organizations in the areas of leadership and team development, learning agility, resilience and change and executive presence.
Rachel earned her Master of Science in Organizational Leadership & Change from the Weatherhead School of Business at Case Western Reserve University. Weatherhead is a global academic leader in unique and innovative leadership approaches and frameworks such as Appreciative Inquiry, Intentional Change Theory and Emotional Intelligence in Coaching.
